The name of the new self-service restaurant «Patata» reveals its main, but not sole, ingredient. Chef Florian Bachofner and his Best-Catering make the most out of this versatile root vegetable: baked potatoes, French fries, gnocchi – served with barbecued meat, chicken or sausages. A buffet with tapas, antipasti and salads complements the culinary choice.
